Implementation Approach

Tagish's approach to implementation is based on a well proven, managed and controlled process that ensures that the system is implemented so that the organisation gains the most out of it's customer feedback.

A variety of options are available in the implementation depending on how the system is to be used within the organisation. Our standard approach is to involve user representative in the process of configuring the system. This ensures that we build buy-in to the new system throughout the process of implementation and also ensures that the system is configured to meet the user's needs. This is an ideal time to start an internal marketing campaign to staff members conveying the key messages that the system will improve the processes and enable greater organisational learning from feedback.

The project to manage the implementation of the system will be overseen by a fully qualified Tagish project manager. They will remain the key point of contact for all project communication until such time as the project is complete and signed-off. Following sign-off of the project, you will be allocated an account manager who will be responsible for ensuring the continued successful operation of the system.

The system may either be installed within your own IT infrastructure or provided by Tagish as a managed service. This means that we will host the system for you, ensure that it operates effectively and effieciently, and backup the data in the system for you. You will be able to access the system over the internet. The customer portal may be integrated into your own website to provide a seamless process for customers to log and track feedback on-line.

In addition to the project management, system configuration and training services we are able to offer services in the following areas:

  • Business Process Consultancy - advice and guidance on improving your business processes
  • Business Process Training - training in the processes and procedures that staff should follow to ensure feedback is dealth with effectively.
