Partners, Contractors and Suppliers

The Tagish Partner Portal is a highly configurable web based application that enables an organisation's partner(s) to log, escalate and/or resolve customer complaints and feedback at first point of contact. The Partner Portal provides a subset of Tagish's Coordinator functionality targeted towards a partner's needs and requirements, and allows the partner to perform the range of activities necessary for complaints and feedback management. It is expected to be deployed over a company's corporate extranet.
